Join Aimee Vandemark, ANFT Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide  and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, for a guided, experiential program at the Orange County Main Library that will deepen your relationship with and help you tune into the  healing power of nature. Aimee will introduce you to the longstanding  practice of Shinrin-yoku, literally translated to "Forest Bathing," and encourage you to remember that we are not separate from nature, we ARE nature.
