About
Aimee Vandemark (she/her)
Certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide
After many years of experiencing the beauty and healing power of nature, I realized that being in nature wasn’t just for something fun for me, it was essential to my whole being. Since that realization, I have sought out readings, experiences, and education that reinforced the fundamental relationship between humans and the natural world. I am now a certified forest guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (https://www.natureandforesttherapy.earth/) and am passionate about providing opportunities for people to remember that we are not separate from nature, we are nature.
My forest therapy practice is informed by my background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a mother of two nature-loving children, and growing up a “farm kid”.
