About the event
Forest therapy (sometimes known as forest bathing or shinrin-yoku) broadly means taking in, in all of one's senses, the forest atmosphere. Not simply a walk in the woods, it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. During your walk, Aimee Vandemark will guide you through invitations to awaken your senses, slow down, be present, and reconnect to the nature and rhythm of your surroundings. (Cost: $35/per person)
